Overall, my plan for the character Rumor is that he is a small child who is actually (in the future) the head of the Research and Development department of the World Government. With no voice but a lot of utility based sonic magic, he is going to be a support-ish character who is useful to any group, regardless of their composition.
After I reach enough experience and gold, I want to learn a unique field of magic called "Transformation", which lets me change my shape and my powers (although they still fall within the same tree and everything). My idea is to have 3 different forms: human, weapon, and full weapon. Human is obviously the basic form. Weapon form will allow me to transform myself into the shape of a weapon that can be wielded by another character, similar to a Soul in Soul Eater. My weapon is going to be two forms: a sword that looks like a tuning fork that has speakers painted down the handle that is used as a melee and/or ranged weapon, and a sash that is striped black and white that can stretch and be controlled by the wearer. Both forms appear at once. The full weapon form is when I turn into essentially a demon, fusing with the jacket I wear and becoming a monstrous weapon of destruction.
Finally, I want to learn the "Data" magic, which will allow me to use information from any number of sources for a variety of abilities, and will be very useful in being the head of the R&D department. Overall, I think that this will be an awesome character who will be fun to play with (or against) and will ultimately make a lot of friends.
